About the functions and specifications of the main unit

Can I use any writing implement?

Suitable for mechanical pencils, ballpoint pens, stylus pens, and other writing instruments with a diameter of 9 to 13 mm.
Furthermore, pencils are too thin to be attached.

Is the app free?

If you think it might be broken...

The charging case won't turn on the first time

At the time of shipment, activation is restricted to prevent battery consumption. When you first charge the headphones, be sure to connect the USB cable to the charging case. Normal activation will begin when the LED on the charging case lights up.
